Thank you for choosing Painbase. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are offered for subscriptions and digital products purchased through painbase.space ("Painbase," "we," "us," or "our").
1. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The request comes from the account holder or the email address used at the time of purchase.
- The purchase was made directly through painbase.space (purchases made through third-party resellers or app stores are subject to that provider's refund policy).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Subscription renewals (see Section 4 below).
- Purchases older than 7 days.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Custom, add-on, or one-time services that have already been delivered or consumed.
4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
- After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your order or transaction ID.
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but it helps us improve).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 to 3 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Refund requests are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
